To the members and friends of the South Florida Emerald Society who participated in the Irish Stew Cook-Off, I would like to thank all of you for your hard work and a job well done. We all were winners. All that attended had a great time and those who participated in the event for the first time, we would love to have you back next year! A special thanks to the staff for all the prep, clean up, decorations, judging, etc. To all the restaurants and cooks who gave us a lesson on presentation, great tasting of signature recipes, Thank You!
